Governance involves monitoring risk and compliance, financial performance and sustainability.<\/p><p>The Board of Directors consists of 6 &#8211; 9 Directors who are either member elected or Board appointed. Directors are appointed for up to three years and are eligible for renomination in accordance with the Constitution. The Annual General Meeting is held in May each year.<\/p><p>The 看片狂人 Anglican Grammar current Board Members are:<\/p><ul><li>Mrs Jane Millar (Chair)<\/li><li>Dr Sydney Paul (Deputy Chair)<\/li><li>Mr Marcus D\u2019Angri\u00a0(Treasurer)<\/li><li>Ms Fleur Cousins<\/li><li>Ms Susan Coad<\/li><li>Mr Ben Styles<\/li><li>Mrs Leeanne Zamagias<\/li><\/ul><p>The Board has established the following committees to assist in carrying out its duties:<\/p><ul><li><p>Finance, Risk and Audit<\/p><\/li><li><p>Strategic Planning &amp; Governance<\/p><\/li><li><p>Building<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>All matters to do with the day-to-day operation of the School or management issues should be referred to the relevant senior staff member or ultimately to the Principal, Mr Scott Downward, who can be contacted by telephone on 03 5480 5900 or email <a href=\"mailto:kkemp@moamagrammar.nsw.edu.au\">sdownward@moamagrammar.nsw.edu.au<\/a>.<\/p><p>The Board does not involve itself in specific management issues (such as discipline, the details of curriculum, staff concerns, or the payment of fees).<\/p><p style=\"text-transform: none;\">If you need to contact the Board Chair for a governance related matter, please email\u00a0<a style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"mailto:boardchair@moamagrammar.nsw.edu.au\">boardchair@moamagrammar.nsw.edu.au<\/a>.
